Baseball Cardinals advance to next round
(5/9/21) MAC swept Metropolitan Community College on Saturday at home to move on the final four of the Region 16 Tournament. Mineral Area won the sub-regionals in convincing fashion with scores of 10-7 and 8-3 avoiding a third game. The #2 Cardinals will now play against #3 Jefferson College on Thursday at Joe Becker Stadium in Joplin, MO. Game time is set for 1:00. On Friday, game times will be at 3:00 and 6:00. The if necessary game will be Saturday at noon.
