Smothering Defense Leads To Win Against West Plains

The MAC men's basketball team secured the 3-game regular season sweep over West Plains on Saturday, February 17.  In Saturday's 79-54 win, defense was a major factor in the win as MAC held the Grizzlies to under 60 points.  Leading the way for the Cardinals offensively were Amarion Dickerson (22 points), Marcus Watson Jr. (16 points), Tyler Smith (11 points) and Josh Meo (10 points). 

With the win over West Plains, MAC improved to 26-1 overall, 9-0 in Region 16 play and 11-1 in MCCAC play.  The Cardinals return to action on Wednesday, February 21 at Moberly for a key Region 16 matchup.
