MAC Men Finish 2022 Season As National Runner-Up

The Mineral Area College Cross Country teams finished the 2022 season with competition at the NJCAA Division III National Championships in Westfield, Massachusetts on Saturday, November 5th. Both teams brought home National Runner-Up trophies to complete a fantastic season for both squads.  The Mineral Area men ran into a strong DuPage College team, finishing second behind them but closing out the race fast enough to hold off defending National Champion Joliet College who placed third.  Freshman Bradley Ahrens placed  2nd overall in a nice race to win First team All-American honors, with Sophomore Devin St. Clair winning his second XC All-American award coming in 14th.  Freshmen Elijah Myers (24th), Will Pierce (28th).
