#15 Cardinals Take Down Moberly
Following a huge Homecoming win over 9th ranked Three Rivers College, the MAC women's basketball team faced another difficult test against a tough Moberly team on Wednesday, January 31. In Wednesday's game, MAC got out to an early lead and led the Greyhounds by a score of 30-17 at the half. In the second half, the Cardinals defense continued to shine, leading to a 58-36 win. MAC was led by Katelyn Chomko (14 points), Sydney Lewis (20 rebounds) and Telia Graham (10 rebounds).
With the win over Moberly, the Cardinals improved to 21-1 overall, 6-0 in Region 16 play and 6-0 in MCCAC play. MAC will return to action on Saturday, February 3 at State Fair CC.
