MAC Volleyball Goes 2-2 At Hutchinson CC Tournament

The MAC volleyball team recently went 2-2 at the Hutchinson CC Tournament in Hutchinson, KS on Friday, September 22 and Saturday, September 23.

The Lady Cardinals got off to a great start on Friday, defeating Bulter CC 3-1 (25-23, 18-25, 25-22, 25-22) and Iowa Western CC 3-1 (23-25, 25-23, 25-23, 25-13).  MAC faced a tough test on Saturday when they faced #14 Indian Hills CC and host Hutchinson CC.  Indian Hills was able to defeat the Lady Cardinals in straight sets (22-25, 19-25, 24-26) and Hutchinson CC also swept in straight sets (21-25, 19-25, 18-25). 

With the 2-2 weekend, MAC moved to 14-5 overall.  The Lady Cardinals will return to action on Wednesday, October 27 when they travel to MSU-West Plains for a Region 16/MCCAC matchup with the Grizzlies.
